The straight-line wire drawing machine is equipped with human-machine dialogue, motor over-temperature protection, water pressure abnormal alarm, and fault display functions. It is highly efficient, easy to operate, and high degree of automation. During the wire drawing process, there is no intermediate pulley or guide wheel, which eliminates bending and twisting and makes threading easier. Our machine is suitable for drawing large diameter, high strength, and special-shaped steel wires.

We use variable frequency technology, which allows for a wide range of compression ratios and high-speed stretching even when the number of strokes changes significantly. There is no relative sliding between the wire and the winch, resulting in a much better-quality of finished wire.

Our wire drawing machine has a high-quality surface finish and uniform thickness and is equipped with a good cooling system, including water and air cooling, ensuring high quality and reliability with low downtime. The machine is also equipped with a PLC variable frequency speed control system, making it easy to operate. The structure includes a hydraulic pay-off machine, hydraulic descaling machine, brush descaling machine, main block, and hydraulic take-up machine.
